As we have navigated these troubled times of the last 12 months and the global pandemic, a spotlight has been shone on the importance of self preservation and maintaining our own physical and mental well being as therapists.

Of course, this isn't something new. It's something that most of us should have been thinking about previously, and certainly should be thinking of as we move forward.

But how many of us are good at it? As caregivers we tend to put other people first, but we can't truly help these people if we are not operating at the best of our abilities.

In this webinar, Mike introduces the subject, chats about some of the considerations we should have as therapists, and the implications of being better at this moving forward.

We hope you enjoy it. This is the first in a planned series of content that tackles this topic in more depth and breadth, and we look forward to sharing this content with you in the coming weeks and months.
